What types of securities can KoreInside manage?
KoreInside can manage equity, debt, convertible debt, SAFEs, options, warrants, vesting schedules and related stakeholder records.
Should we export our Pulley records now?
Yes. Preserve your complete data and all supporting documents as soon as possible, regardless of which new provider you select.
Does moving platforms validate our cap table?
No. A software transfer should be accompanied by a reconciliation of the cap table against executed agreements, board approvals and other source documents.
